A French graduate from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma 2007, he represented The Nigerian French Village, Badagry at the Leopold Sedar Senghor centenary celebration at Lome, Togo, 2006.

He is Nigeria's leading page poet, a title he clinched in 2015 when he emerged as 'Best Page Poet' (Black Pride Magazine); a self-confessed confessionist poet with over 2,000 riveting poems to his name.

His work is characterized by a unique blend of traditional African oral poetry, and a consistent beat that mimics the rhythms of traditional African folk songs using modernist techniques. His poetry is known for its musicality, imagery, and expert use of metaphors. Osarenren uses these devices to explore themes such as identity, love, and the complexities of human relationships.

Another notable aspect of his style is his use of language. He often employs a mix of English, French and Nigerian pidgin, as well as other indigenous languages such as Edo, Yoruba, and Igbo. This multilingual approach reflects his commitment to celebrating the diversity of Nigerian culture and language.

He is the lead convener of Naija Poetry Fest, which celebrates the beauty of language, culture, and creativity through various poetic expressions. The maiden edition, themed: "Unleashing the Spellbinding Power of Spoken & Penned Words", was held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the University of Lagos, and it featured breathtaking performances from various talented spoken word poets. It also featured a panel discussion session with renowned literary minds, plus other side attractions.
